Millions of children around the world are unable to gain access to free, high-quality education. SPARK want to be part of the solution to this problem – starting in their own community (The U.S). SPARK mission is to bridge the gap of educational inequality in society by offering free, student-led classes in a variety of subjects to underprivileged and homeless individuals.  They work with libraries, community centers, and schools to offer two programs: youth services and occupational services.

Bringing SPARK Flagship program to Liberia:

Med-ucate is partnering with Rehab Africa to provide a health education course to 150 high schools in Liberia! We will be teaching topics such as: reproductive health, mental health, human body systems, first aid and emergency preparedness, and more!

Med-ucate’s mission is to promote awareness about the importance of self-care through student-run community service events at special needs organizations, after-school programs, libraries, and more. We believe in equalizing disparities in education for all students to prepare them for life beyond high school. At Med-ucate, we strive to help break down the barriers that prevent all children from career achievement, particularly around health and medicine.
